All PowerWeld products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in Valparaiso, IN and typically ship in 2-3 business days. Except for exceptionally large orders that have to ship via a freight service, orders usually ship via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground or UPS Ground but the warehouse reserves the right to use whatever carrier is the least expensive.
Orders could take anywhere from a day or two to a week to get to you AFTER being shipped, depending on your proximity to their warehouse. We will notify you of your tracking number the moment we receive it from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Expedited delivery may be available and you can certainly contact us to see what the cost would be for special one day or two day delivery. Be forewarned; it is extremely expensive and generally costs several hundred dollars and still does not affect the processing time. In other words, it will still take the same time for the warehouse to process the order; it will just get to you faster once it is shipped.
Cancellations - All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order or before it ships, whichever comes first. After your order has already been processed, any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.
Warranty - PowerWeld warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of shipment. This warranty is void if the product(s) is/are not properly maintained and stored by the customer.
Returns - PowerWeld accepts returns for 30 days after receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible for paying shipment costs back to PowerWeld. Only unopened, unused products are accepted for returns and all products must be received in their original packaging. All returns of PowerWeld products will incur a 20% restocking charge plus our actual cost of shipping the product to you, regardless of whether you received "free" shipping or not. In other words, shipping is only free when customers keep products.
